SHOULD I USE A TOWEL?

At GYM WORLD. we have a "no sweat towel, no workout rule" meaning that a sweat towel must be carried at all times, and equipment must be wiped down after use

HOW DO I USE THE LOCKERS?

Lockers are available to store your belongings during each visit to GYM WORLD, After your visit, any contents in occupied lockers should be emptied. Contents shouldn't be kept overnight and will be donated to charity after 2 weeks if remain unclaimed

CAN I USE MY PHONE?

The use of cameras or phones whilst on the equipment or in the training zone is not permitted.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

GYM WORLD, members can apply for a one day pass so that friends and loved ones can join you for a workout.

CAN I GIVE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD TO MY FRIEND?

You must not share your Membership Card or permit its use for anyone else. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of membership.

HOW CAN I CANCEL CLASS BOOKING?

Classes booked must be cancelled no less than 3 hours before the classes advertised start time. A No Show for 3 consecutive times to a class will allow the management to not accept the enrolment.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN OPTIONAL EXTRA?

You may cancel an optional extra no less than 5 working days before your next payment is due. Your extra shall be removed from your package at the end of the month for which the final payment has been paid. Provided you have given enough notice, your next and subsequent monthly payments will be reduced accordingly.

CAN I COME WITH MY PERSONAL TRAINER TO GYM WORLD?

GYM WORLD does not allow members to have any personal training done in the club by anybody that is not part of the GYM WORLD training team

WHAT MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS DO I HAVE?

  • Annual, 6 month and 3 month individual membership
  • Annual and 6 month couple membership

HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

You may not cancel your membership until 12 full payments are made. To our membership finish after month 12, you will be required to give 1 Month 11. If you do not give any notice, your full calendar month's notice at m onthly membership will continue on a month-to-month basis via the same payment method. After the 12 months, you are required to give a calendar months' notice to cancel at any point. The only exceptions to cancel within your contract period are due to relocation or medical issues. In both cases relevant proof is required to legitimize your request.

CAN I TRANSFER MY MEMBERSHIP TO ANOTHER PERSON?

may transfer your yearly membership to another person (Non-member) who will be entitled to all the benefits as a new member against a transfer/ joining fee of QAR 500.

HOW CAN I FREEZE MY MEMBERSHIP WHEN I'M TRAVELLING?

The membership can be frozen for up to 6 months at any time at an addltional costs of 150 QAR per month.
