Lockers are available to store your belongings during each visit to GYM WORLD, After your visit, any contents in occupied lockers should be emptied. Contents shouldn't be kept overnight and will be donated to charity after 2 weeks if remain unclaimed
Classes booked must be cancelled no less than 3 hours before the classes advertised start time. A No Show for 3 consecutive times to a class will allow the management to not accept the enrolment.
You may cancel an optional extra no less than 5 working days before your next payment is due. Your extra shall be removed from your package at the end of the month for which the final payment has been paid. Provided you have given enough notice, your next and subsequent monthly payments will be reduced accordingly.
You may not cancel your membership until 12 full payments are made. To our membership finish after month 12, you will be required to give 1 Month
11. If you do not give any notice, your full calendar month's notice at m onthly membership will continue on a month-to-month basis via the same payment method. After the 12 months, you are required to give a calendar months' notice to cancel at any point. The only exceptions to cancel within your contract period are due to relocation or medical issues. In both cases relevant proof is required to legitimize your request.
may transfer your yearly membership to another person (Non-member) who will be entitled to all the benefits as a new member against a transfer/ joining fee of QAR 500.
